Join Wave Space Studio and Forte Women’s Wellness Sanctuary for a slower kind of summer.

One Friday a month —
June 19 • July 17 • August 19
5:00–7:30pm

Summer can feel like constant motion — like you should always be out, doing more, filling every moment.

This is something different.

A space for creation and expression — not consumption.

Each evening begins with a gentle, no-pressure movement class or meditation. From there, we’ll take a short walk down the street in the warm summer air to Wave Space Studio for a guided art session.

Along the way, enjoy light snacks and mocktails — sip and stay, or bring them with you to the studio.

We take care of everything — gathering the supplies, setting the tone, doing the shopping, and cleaning up the mess. You just show up.

To keep the experience relaxed and personal, this is intentionally a small, intimate group (limited to 10 people).

Everything is included — movement, mocktails, snacks, art instruction, and all materials.

No experience needed. No expectations.


Just movement, connection, and making something for the joy of it.

$225 for the full Summer Club (June–August)
$85 single sessions (if space allows, released 2 weeks prior)

We are opening this first as a full series to create a consistent, connected group experience. Any remaining spots will be released for individual sessions closer to each date.

Join us for a sunshine-filled Mommy & Me Yoga class centered around connection, movement, and joy.
We’ll flow through gentle, playful yoga poses, enjoy baby dance parties to a feel-good summertime playlist, sneak in a light sculpt moment for mom, and settle into a cozy, supported shh-vasana with cuddles and calm.

Expect sunshine-inspired movement—reaching, growing, and “soaking up the sun” together—woven into a laid-back, welcoming class.
Feel free to dress you and your little one in something bright, breezy, or whatever feels like sunshine to you.

This class is designed for babies ages 2 months–2 years and is all about bonding, mindful movement, and shared joy.

$10 — Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation window is 3 hours prior to the start of class. If you need to cancel for any reason, please do so online or via the app at least 3 hours before class begins, and your class credit will be returned to your account for future use. Cancellations made within 3 hours of the start time are considered late cancellations, and the class credit will not be returned.

Cacao Ceremony

Join Alexa Brown an intimate cacao ceremony. A soft, unhurried morning designed to slow you down, open your heart, and bring you back to yourself.

We'll begin by drinking ceremonial cacao together. Cacao is a master plant medicine used for thousands of years to open the heart, deepen emotional clarity, and create the kind of presence that most of us rarely give ourselves permission to feel. From there, Alexa will guide you through meditation and light sound healing letting the cacao do what it's always known how to do.

No experience needed. No agenda. Just you, a warm cup, and a room full of people showing up for themselves.

What to bring: a yoga mat, a journal, and something small for the altar if you'd like.

Taking SSRIs or have sensitivities to stimulants? Please reach out before registering. A smaller dose is always available and cacao is still safe to enjoy.

Baby Dance Club

Baby Dance Club ™️ is 30 minutes of gentle dancing with your 👶🏽 to fun, adult music. Then, there’s 30 minutes of optional hang-out time with your fellow dancers!

This is a great way to learn a tool to calm your little one (maybe even yourself too 😉 ❤️), get out of the house, and just have fun.

Other info:

We recommend that your baby is big enough to be safely in a baby carrier. The class is for caregivers with infants up to 1 year old. For postpartum parents, also make sure that you are feeling ready for mild to moderate physical activity and cleared by your medical provider to do so.

What should I bring?

A baby carrier that you can safely and comfortably wear. Make sure to bring some water too, we get a little warm as we move to the music! :).
