Cacao Ceremony
Join Alexa Brown an intimate cacao ceremony. A soft, unhurried morning designed to slow you down, open your heart, and bring you back to yourself.
We'll begin by drinking ceremonial cacao together. Cacao is a master plant medicine used for thousands of years to open the heart, deepen emotional clarity, and create the kind of presence that most of us rarely give ourselves permission to feel. From there, Alexa will guide you through meditation and light sound healing letting the cacao do what it's always known how to do.
No experience needed. No agenda. Just you, a warm cup, and a room full of people showing up for themselves.
What to bring: a yoga mat, a journal, and something small for the altar if you'd like.

Baby Dance Club
Baby Dance Club ™️ is 30 minutes of gentle dancing with your 👶🏽 to fun, adult music. Then, there’s 30 minutes of optional hang-out time with your fellow dancers!
This is a great way to learn a tool to calm your little one (maybe even yourself too 😉 ❤️), get out of the house, and just have fun.
Other info:
We recommend that your baby is big enough to be safely in a baby carrier. The class is for caregivers with infants up to 1 year old. For postpartum parents, also make sure that you are feeling ready for mild to moderate physical activity and cleared by your medical provider to do so.
What should I bring?
A baby carrier that you can safely and comfortably wear. Make sure to bring some water too, we get a little warm as we move to the music! :).

Mummy & Me
A special Halloween-themed yoga class for moms and their little pumpkins (babies under 1 year). Dress your baby in a costume and join us for gentle movement, breathwork, and playful songs designed for bonding and connection. This class is a chance to move your body, relax your mind, and connect with other moms and babies in this season of early parenthood.

Prenatal /Postnatal Yoga
Join us for a nurturing and empowering yoga session designed especially for mamas-to-be and new moms. This pop-up class offers a safe and supportive space to move, connect, and build community while honoring the incredible changes happening in your body.
We'll flow through a gentle, strengthening yoga sequence tailored to support pregnancy and postpartum bodies—focusing on relieving common discomforts and promoting overall well-being. The class will include plenty of time to wind down with calming restorative poses and will close with an extended, deeply relaxing savasana.
This class is appropriate for all trimesters and postpartum stages, as long as there is no abdominal pain or bleeding. Beginners are welcome.
Led by Megan Pedicini, 200-hour RYT and 80-hour RPYT, currently a medical student at Case Western Reserve University with a focus on becoming an OBGYN. Megan brings both yoga expertise and a deep understanding of maternal health to every session.
