  • Yoga Sculpt is a dynamic 45-minute class that combines the flow of vinyasa yoga with the power of weight lifting. By incorporating free weights (and more!) into a strong yoga sequence, this class is designed to challenge both your body and mind, helping you build physical and mental strength. Unlike barre classes, Yoga Sculpt focuses on strengthening through vinyasa flow rather than pulses or barre-inspired movements. Perfect for yogis looking to elevate their practice!

  • A 30-minute restorative yoga + meditation class with 20 minutes of red light.

    Our red lights are dual near-Infrared and Red LED full-body panels with medical-grade wavelengths that pulse between 660 and 860nm.

    Red light can penetrate our cells more deeply and efficiently and charge them to work better. When our cells work better, that's when you see the benefits of better, more even skin tone, higher collagen production, reduced fine lines and wrinkles etc. The NIR light works deep in the tissues to decrease inflammation, promote muscle recovery, and wound healing.

    Putting these two wellness techniques together is a 30-minute bio and life hack that is truly of your time.

Amanda Fulmer, the sole owner of Yoga Strong Studios and proud mother of two baby girls, is thrilled to introduce this new women’s-only space in Lakewood, OH.

An experienced E-RYT 500 yoga instructor, lifelong dancer, and barre instructor with over a decade of experience, Amanda is also a certified aerial yoga teacher. She leads Yoga Strong’s teacher training programs, barre/sculpt teacher training, and multiple continuing education programs for instructors.

A passionate advocate for women, Amanda’s mission is to empower women of all ages to embrace their strength and never forget their worth.

WHAT IS FORTE?

Forte is an all-encompassing women’s wellness studio offering a variety of weekly classes, including sculpting, stretching, and sweaty movement options. These classes are designed to allow you to intuitively choose how you want to move each day. We also host monthly special events such as sound baths, self-defense classes, prenatal classes, kids/teens classes and more.

IS FORTE PART OF YOGA STRONG STUDIOS?

Yes, Forte is part of the Yoga Strong Studios family. Your package or membership can be used at any of our three locations. You can also book Forte classes through the Yoga Strong Studios app, where you can easily toggle between location schedules and events.

WHERE IS FORTE LOCATED?

Forte is located in Lakewood, OH. Parking is readily available on nearby streets, and we are just half a block from the public parking lot next to the Lakewood Library (Madison Branch), directly across the street from Mahall’s.

CAN I DROP IN FOR A CLASS?

No, we do not accept drop-ins or cash payments at this location. All classes must be booked in advance through our app or website. If there is space available, you can book onsite using your own device.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO CLASS?

  • Your own workout mat for all classes.

  • A water bottle.

  • A sweat towel.

HOW DO I BOOK A CLASS?

You can book classes and events directly through the Yoga Strong Studios app or our website. Simply select Forte as your location and browse the available options.

WHERE DO I PARK?

Yes, there is ample street parking available around the studio. Additionally, a connected back parking lot offers limited spaces, and a free public parking lot is located just one block away, across from Mahall’s Bowling Alley.

* If you do park in the back parking lot, the spots along the fence are for business parking. You may not park anywhere else in the lot as this is resident parking, and if you do you may be towed.
