We’ve elevated our Sculpt Teacher Training into two comprehensive weekends, with the option to split them up depending on your level of teaching experience.
Join us Oct 16-18 and Nov 13-15 for our two-weekend Body Sculpt & Pilates Teacher Training.
During the first weekend, we’ll lay the foundation for teaching Body Sculpt, covering anatomy, proper form, cueing, and intelligent sequencing techniques to help you build safe, effective, and dynamic classes.
The second weekend focuses on Classical Mat Pilates, deepening your understanding of movement patterns, control, alignment, and core integration.
Together, these two weekends — along with the homework in between — provide the strongest pathway to becoming a confident and successful Sculpt teacher. The full training is designed to give you a comprehensive foundation and a powerful launchpad for leading sculpt, Pilates, or hybrid-style classes.
While we highly recommend completing both weekends, we do offer the option to split the training. This may be a good fit for someone who already has prior Sculpt training and teaching experience and is interested in attending only one weekend. However, splitting the weekends is recommended only for those with previous teaching experience.
Investment:
• Both weekends: $999
• Single weekend: $600
We’re excited to support you in building the skills and confidence to step fully into your teaching journey.
Both of these weekends will be held at our Cleveland locations. 13316 Madison Ave in Lakewood or 1104 Prospect Ave E downtown Cle.
*This is the sign up for both weekends. You will automatically be enrolled in both the Oct & Nov weekends.
Schedule for weekends is as follows: 16 hours total *times may shift slightly when we get closer to training dates based on studio schedules and attendance of training.
Friday: 5:30-9:30pm
Saturday 9:00-4pm
